“I look forward to my Fairyloot boxes each month. I have been a subscriber since April 2017 and I have loved every box! The book choices are amazing, and the special features are always wonderful. You can see how much time and effort is put into creating each box. I also love the special editions that Fairyloot have started doing along side their boxes. I would definitely recommend Fairyloot and have always had such wonderful customer service from the Fairyloot team when I have had to contact them.”

“Mostly excellent. I've only experienced missing items a few times and if they did have more available they sent it to me. If not I got refunded for the item. Always great quality and customer service”

“I've been subscribed for a few years now and always enjoy when my box arrives. Beautiful books and an array of items to keep everyone entertained. I've had a box lost once and a damaged book another time however customer service always responded quickly and sent replacements which was fantastic. My only pitfall with this company is the use of social media as their main news sharing space. I am not on Instagram or Facebook at all hours of the day and their algorithms mean I frequently miss their news or updates posts.”

“I have been a subscriber for 3 years, as well as purchasing a number of exclusive editions and collector's boxes, and I still get excited each month when my subscription box arrives. The contents of these boxes continue to show variety and creativity throughout the years. I really appreciate that, despite a huge grow in demand, Fairyloot continue to spends months in advance curating boxes, and while this may result in longer waiting times for pending subscribers, I fully believe the quality of boxes is worth the wait.”

“I absolutely love fairy loot. I've never been disappointed with a single box. I love the amount of care and attention to detail thats put into choosing items to fill the box and the fact that so many books are read to choose a really great read. The added artwork is really nice as well, I follow a lot of the same artists on social media so its lovely to have physical prints from them. Its something I look forward to every month. Any time I've had questions about my subscription the customer service has always been polite and helpful and got back to me very quickly. Even with how 2020 has gone I really appreciated the transparency when dealing with manufacturers delays and shipping etc. Its so reassuring to see that communication from business to customer. I've also really been enjoying the addition of special edition boxes and books. I definitely plan on being a subscriber for a long time to come.”

“Fairyloot boxes get better each month. The items in them are high quality and gorgeous. I especially love when they include household items such as trays, wooden Spoons, reusable straws and mugs! I've been a loyal subscriber for over 3 years and I have no plans on leaving the family!”

“I've been subscribed since the year Fairyloot began and I've never skipped a month. I love their boxes and am always impressed by their choice of books, items and fandoms. In all those years I've had no major issues and any little problems or questions I've had have been dealt with quickly. Absolutely love Fairyloot.”
