“I have been subscribed to Fairyloot since January 2018 and the day that my fairyloot comes in is truly one of the best days of my month. Every time I come home to a box I get really excited. The quality of the products is always pretty good. The mugs from 2 years ago still see daily use and don't show much wear and tear. The tapestry from last year is still one of my most prized posessions and is displayed very proudly in my house. Though not every item is always a hit, and not every box is as good as another, the definite majority is great and makes my day every time.”

“Fairyloot has grown a lot as a small company and the team always strives to deliver the best product and customer service, even though mistakes happen sometimes the strong feature of this company is learning from them which is what matters. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the lack of transparency during the times of said mistakes and accidents. They happen and it's not the company's fault but being very clear about certain situations and informing the customers straight away it's a key factor that not only helps us have a clear perspective on the matter at hand but also builds trust.”

“I love the boxes, some are always going to be better than others and the books won't always be to my tastes but they're always gorgeous to look at and the boxes are always exciting to find on my doorstep. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the special editions you have. They are often grouped very close together so it's hard to afford all of the ones you might want, especially when you're competing with other book boxes special editions. I would prefer to have one (or two if they're on the cheaper side) special editions/boxes a month to make it more affordable, especially when it comes to the more expensive ones. I've been subscribed since 2017 (I think) and it's only been in the more recent months that I've had damages to items. I'm currently waiting for 4 replacement items and have had a couple more at the beginning of the year. However, your customer service team are amazing and get everything sorted in a polite and timely manner. I find that I'd love to join a read-a-long but find reading the entire book in 5 days very daunting. I know we can read before the start if we're slower readers but I find that takes the fun out of it a bit for me (especially when I can't remember the topics I'd love to discuss with everyone when it eventually does start). If the read-a-long could be extended by a few days/a week then that would make it more accessible to me personally. Overall, you guys are doing an amazing job and I look forward to more books from you in the future.”

“When I first subscribed I loved everything about it subscription and and the items in box but now I am normally underwhelmed by most items in the boxes. There is always issue with items being late or missing and it is very annoying. It has got to the point where I expect something to be missing or late. The process with the special edition boxes is a joke. The website always crashes or glitches. However, the are lovely boxes and the quality of the items is alot better. The only thing that keeps me subscribed is the books. I can't fault or complain about the books. They are always beautiful and the attention to detail is lovely. I appreciate that 99% of the books are actually signed by the author. I adore the sprayed edges too.”

“Generally I’m a very happy subscriber, I do sometimes wish that there would be more variety in fandoms and get a but overwhelmed by all of the special editions stuff though I usually don’t get much of it. I’m always happy to recieve my box and the times I’ve had need of customer support, they’ve always been very helpful.”

“As someone who has tried multiple subscription boxes I can say that Fairyloot is one of the best, possibly the best one on the market. The items are high quality and you can tell that a lot of love went into each box. So much so that it's hard for other boxes to compete with what you actually get from this box. The price is really awesome for the amount you get from the box. You won't find many who put out special edition covers, sprayed edges, illustrations on back of dust jackets and signed books as consistently as fairyloot (I can only think of one other box that do that). As for the staff and customer service, they are awesome. They are so nice if you any issues which very rarely happens and they are quick to resolve your problem. Saying that though I've been with them a few years and I can only remember a missed print once which I received within days during this pandemic we are currently living. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you fairyloot for being awesome.”

“I always look forward to my monthly box. Items are varied so it’s always fun to see what will be inside each box. Communication is great, if ever a box is delayed for any reason FairyLoot is on the ball with letting us know what is happening and assuring us that it will still make it’s way to us. Special edition boxes are a good addition too, even though it may be disappointing to miss out, I think we are lucky that they still offer them. Overall I have had a great experience with FairyLoot and I hope that they continue to offer us amazing new books and goodies.”
