The people at Fairyloot curate their boxes with a lot of care, they choose products that are both useful (something you can use daily: socks, etc.) & beautiful. Love the books with beautiful sprayed edges & art on the inside of the dustjackets that make them unique as a Fairyloot edition. But also the communication is so good, they reach out to you through e-mail & social media to keep you in the loop. Admiration for the hard work put in, especially with the global situation going on the last few months & right now.

Absolutely love this book box service. I feel it is my birthday every month. The books are well chosen, the products lovely and all beautiful wrapped and presented. I wouldn’t change a thing.

I have been subscribed to FairyLoot for around 2 years now. Overall my experience has been a positive one. Since COVID there has been a slight decline in service such as items missing out of boxes taking months to be replaced but I understand a lot of businesses have had external issues outside of their control to contend with. I love all the items that come in the box except for bath things and tea/coffee just due to the fact I cannot have these products in my bath and am funny about using something like tea or coffee not in jars. (My issue not yours). I also think occasionally these items can be of poor quality. I especially like the book sleeves and notebooks. Anything that is useful. The tapestries and hair accessories etc are no good to me. I have not been a fan of the books lately. They look amazing but the stories haven’t been my taste for a long while. I have loved the special edition boxes and have purchased most of them. The quality of items seem a lot better in these boxes however it would be good if these could be scheduled to purchase at the end of the months as this is when most people have pay days.

I've been subscribing to fairyloot since their first box March 2017. They put so much thought and care into their boxes and its amazing to have such a great box that ships from the UK. Any issue or problem that has popped up ove those years has always been dealt with quickly and effectively. That is the measure of a well run company: no one can avoid problems, but it is in how you solve them. And i have always been happy with service and solutions from fairyloot.

Great items in the monthly boxes, the Fairy Trove has amazing items also, and overall, very happy with everything, I will for sure be a subscriber for a long time from now on.

I am a FairyLoot subscriber for the last 2 years and I am really content with the overall service they provide, including the actual items and also the customer service. The FairyLoot community offers a nice experience for those who would like to participate in group "events" (e.g. photo contest, read along). I am proud to be part of the FairyLoot family.

Overall I have no complains. I have never had issues with the box, and I think in general we get good products and anticipated books, which is great. One BIG complain I do have however is the fact that the shipping prices have changed without us being informed beforehand. And I mean a public information that the shipping prices will increase. It was not a professional choice, in my opinion. I had issue with my payment going through, first time in 2 years, and after paying manually, suddenly the shipping was higher (DOUBLE the previous rate). I honestly felt very disappointed. And unfortunately I will stop my subscription soon because of it. The new shipping prices seem excessive. I understand the world situation, but I still don't think is justified, since I order from the UK often, and this did not happen before. But other than that overall you are doing a good job. Maybe you should be a bit more open to the public and give more insights in what is happening and what are some of your future plans.

FairyLoot is without a doubt my favourite subscription box! I have been a subscriber since November 2016 and have not missed or skipped a box. The special edition boxes are well worth the money and the exclusive books look fabulous on any bookworm’s shelf. Only very few times have I had issues with damaged or missing items and FairyLoot were quick to solve them. I can’t wait to see what is in store for us in 2021!

Gorgeous editions of great books, beautiful and useful things. I’ve tried to stop my subscription for months and they keep releasing fantastic themes making it impossible to quit. Just one more box...

I truly love Fairyloot. Being based in the UK is convenient for me so I don't have to pay through the roof for P&P. Through the years they have just gotten better and better, especially with their book editions......foiling, signed, reverse art, end papers and coloured edges. It has not gotten to the point that I haven't been disappointed in any of their book choices and then the other goodies in the box once again never disappoint.

FairyLoot is amazing, I highly recommend them to everyone, to be honest I don't know what I would do without them, sounds a bit dramatic but for someone who is scared to go out, its fantastic, you get your book, you also get little or big prezzies to go with the theme of the book or any other book too

I’ve been subscribed since 2018 and I can tell you the quality keeps getting better and better. I love the monthly themes, even down to the art style and font choices. There are always practical items mixed in with fandoms, which I love. If ever an item arrives damaged, Fairyloot has the best team who are more than happy to send a replacement and always respond quickly. Plus the book choices themselves. Nearly always with sprayed edges, art on the reverse of the dust jacket and signed. I love finding a new favourite and knowing I have a fairyloot exclusive edition. All in all, I am beyond happy with Fairyloot.

Honestly, always a good experience. Had to contact their customer service a few times but this was through no fault of Fairyloot and their team assisted perfectly. Keep going!

Great service and amazing books would never unsubscribe. Very happy to replace damaged books and lovely service. The only negative thing I have to say is that individual books do arrive damaged alot and the delivery service Fairyloot use (hermes) are not careful with packages alot of the time. Apart from that love it!!!

I always enjoy the exclusivity of the items and books from FairyLoot, as well as the quality of the items made and how useful some of them are. I love that FairyLoot often includes books with LGBT representation in them. I think where it falls short is the courier service they use in my country (Hermes UK). I now have to get my package delivered to a friend's house as Hermes customer service is terrible, they are impossible to get in contact with when there is a problem (and there is every single month as I live in a locked flat). I'd personally love if FairyLoot were ever able to switch to a more interactive service with alternate locations for if I cannot receive my parcel, such as Royal Mail, and I'd be willing to pay a little extra for the shipping.

I have loved every single box I have gotten, the custom service has always been great. However, lately the shipping has taken more than 3 weeks, I get an email that it's been dispatched and then it takes 3 weeks or more before I get the box. This didn't use to be a problem but it has been a problem for about 2-4 months now. Other than the all too long shipping, I absolutely love fairyloot and would recommend it to anyone who wants a good monthly book subscription.
