“Love the boxes each month! Always have such beautiful things, practical too. Shipping is steep but that's a given for pretty much all subscription boxes.”

“I joined just before the pandemic and I cannot recommend this company enough. They are approachable and kind and have even being hit with a lot of things year have still made quality boxes. Thank you for being a joy when something comes through from you every month”

“Very satisfied! Even if there is a missing item or broken one, they are fast to help out and replace the item. I cannot praise them enough. I'm very happy with them! I'm just a bit scared of their delivery company - hermes. They have a bad reputation.”

“Overall I am very satisfied with the box. The only thing that I would want to mention is that for my perspective there are too often book sleeves in the boxes. I would wish that there is a little bit more variety in terms of the items.”

“This box has creative themes with lovely items. I especially like the artworks on the dustjackts. Unfortunately their customer service isn't very helpful should an item or box be missing. I hope other customers are spared the experice I had. When my box was lost and they promissed to send a replacement within 1 month but that turned into 3 months and then the most anticipated item was still missing!”

“My fairyloot boxes are my favourite bit of the month, I've had really good experiences with them overall, never had any problems. They communicate well with any changes and issues and the book editions are stunning! I would like to see some more handy items in future boxes, I love metal marks and pins but I'm not a huge fan of paper artwork.”

“I love the books, the content and most themes. The quality is also amazing! The only -quite important- drawback is the shipping cost. I live in Greece and it almost makes the box not affordable to me and most greek Bookstagram accounts I know. It almost doubles the cost of the box. I really want to keep my subscription and I've been trying to, but the shipping cost is quite unbearable. Maybe you could look into it and do something about it? Boxes that come from the US have cheaper shipping costs, not sure how that happens. Please look into it cause we really love Fairyloot and we'd hate to lose our subscriptions ☹️”

“I love the boxes and the customer service issues that I have had have been sorted quickly and the person helping me has been really friendly! The only reason that this isn't a 5-star review is that while all the customizations on the books are amazing, I sometimes find that the extra items are going to waste. They are cute things, but either isn't to my taste or things that just aren't practical to use. This isn't an issue of Fairyloot as they can't have things that I am going to like all the time as my style isn't everyone's style I just feel that it can be a bit disappointing when you want to be able to enjoy everything!”
