“I love FairyLoot boxes and have subscribed for over a year now. The books are frankly stunning and they always choose great items to share, notable favourites are the rosiethorns88 tote bag recently and The Kingdom of the Wicked book. Fairyloot listens to feedback, they recently replaced the padding in their box to something more eco and it did cause a mess for people, so they have gone to another option. My only problem which isn’t with Fairyloot is Hermes who delivers the boxes, they frequently leave the box on the doorstep and in an unsafe place. Again not directly Fairyloot but it is a frustration and comes form fear of someone stealing my box and never seeing it again. Thank you for all the love and time you put in to your boxes. Worth’s every penny.”

“I really enjoy the service and generally like the items that come with the box. However, I'm starting to get a bit frustrated with shipping - during the early Covid pandemic it's of course understandable that things take long, but the January box took almost a month longer to get to me than they usually do. So, I would propose setting an earlier shipping date in general, maybe around the 10th of the month so that it's more likely it will still reach the customer in time - because it's absolutely no fun having to pay for the next box already when the last box hasn't even left the shipping center yet.”

“I’ve been a subscriber to FairyLoot for a while now, and they never disappoint. Even if there are delays with postage, they’re excellent at keeping the customers updated (via email and social media). Everything is well packaged and comes with tracked delivery.”

“I’ve been a subscriber for years and I love fairyloot! They have the best boxes and keep you up to date on everything going on. If there is something missing in the box (very rare) send them an email and they mail out the missing piece ASAP! Nothing but good things to say about them :)”
