“After being a customer for over a year, I cant fault Fairyloot. I love the quality of the boxes, there is always a good range of items and they are all quality items. Things you can't get anywhere else. Also any time there has been an issue or even just a question I've emailed and had a prompt response, usually within 2 days and the issue if there was one was resolved. I can see myself being a customer for a long time. Fantastic service!!”

“Covid has thrown a spanner in everyone's life. Unfortunately, it has also effected FL. This past year I have issues with the way the boxs have been packed and what with. Most months I have damaged items or books because of the way the boxs are packed. Furthermore, replacement items have also been poorly packed and ended up arriving damaged. For example the Mortal cup from the SE Chain of gOld box. To add on top there have been several months where different packaging material (looked and smelt like woodshaving) have been used. This caused me and my sister to have a nasty allergic reaction. Not good. I would appreciate if FL would sort their monthly boxs out instead throwing SE books and boxs. This passed year has been hard for me to love FL like I used to. I get anxiety now everytime I get box instead of joy like I used too.”

“I love FairyLoot boxes. They have a wide range of amazing and stunning books plus all the beautiful bookish items that come with it. And the exclusive additions of books are the best. There team are so friendly and caring and have I always received excellent advice and help from them if needed. Anyone looking for a great book box subscription I would defo recommend fairloot!”

“I have adored the books since the first month joining back in 2017/18. Some months are hit and miss with products or books extras but for the last 6months+ the books have been amazing and I am loving the stencilled edges and foiling.”

“The boxes are great, definitely have the best selection of items, but the company is very unreliable. I've have several boxes be ridiculously delayed (not inclusive of Covid delays which is completely understandable, this is outside of those expected delays) and any time they sell a new item their website crashes because they don't try to expand their website capabilities until it crashes and even then they do the bare minimum. Also when I signed up I had my bank account hacked from their lack of website security and all my money was stolen so be careful when signing up.”
