“Service a little slow as couldn’t create my new lenses in-houses down the Christmas period. When collected my glasses I was concerned about new lenses and glasses set up. Told to go off for a few days and trial them. Returned a week later and got a much better service from Kim.”

“Unfortunately we have been very let down by the Eye Academy in Guildford. My husband ordered some varifocals which he could not get on with and we have been refused a refund costing us hundreds of pounds. We are now looking in to taking this further as he has no suitable glasses and have lost a lot of money. This is poor customer care and we will not be returning here in the future.”
