“Having recently had a full eye examination and a prescription for new lens supplied to me I am a little unhappy that I received no follow up after a retina scan. The scan occurred after the full examination and I was told that the scans would be reviewed and the results relayed to me. I have chased twice but I have yet to hear about the scan results. I did receive a copy of the actual scans but they are meaningless to to me.”
