“My visits to Maria have been very satisfactory and the supply and fitting is excellent. I always ask for Mark, who I believe is exceptionally good.”

“test facilities and feedback very professional. Good choice of frames, discussed different types of lenses suitable for me. Prices getting expensive and is the only reason I may consider another supplier.”

“Peepers opticians in Banbury retain a number of existing staff. The opticians are friendly and efficient. Their prices are not competitive with high street chains, and their tests are very expensive. But the service is very good and we have always taken our children there.”

“Good Service with adequate time allocated to customers. Selection of nice frames that one does not always see in the chain branches. Spectacles on the expensive side and customers must decide how much extra they are willing to pay and whether this is value for money. This decision is becoming more marginal. "Goody bags" are less attractive than under the previous management. Customers are now asked to pay when ordering and not on collection which was the system before transfer of ownership.”

My only concern is the assumption after an eye test that new glasses should be purchased. I would like to have been asked if I would like to look into a new pair rather than be sat down unaware if what to expect. That said, when I did decide to update my glasses, the service and care were excellent.”
