“I was pleasantly surprised by how simple this process was! I always thought phone unlocking was something slightly shady that happened on market stalls but actually this process is completely legitimate and so, so easy. My husbands phone was unlocked within a few hours of us submitting the imei and payment and is now working absolutely perfectly. I cant comment on customer service as the process was so quick, easy and simple to complete that we had no need to reach out to customer service! However we did appreciate being able to track the progress of the unlocking. Very happy customers, thank you.”

“Expressunlocks.com is a game changer. I had a IPhone 14 Pro that I gave to my sister. She took the phone to her carrier to program but it was locked by ATT. I called ATT to get them to unlock the phone and they refused even though I still have service with them and it was my old phone. I contacted Express Unlocks and they made it happen. The phone s now unlocked and my sister can get it activated on her carrier.”

“If I could rate them more then 5 they would get a 10 star it only took 4 days for them to unlock my phone I’m so very grateful and I know they will be getting my serivce”

“Wow I was very skeptical, it took 3 weeks, but it is now unlocked, communication could be better they sent me the same email 3 times, but it does work. I bought a phone off Facebook and the people swore it was carrier unlocked, well it was BUT it wasn’t unlocked physically and I called spectrum at least 10 times and even though the phone was “unlocked” they would have to have the original owners call in, to “put in a ticket” which they just kept refusing to do.. so thank you express unlocked, although I thought I was out of luck and just got a different phone, but will be giving this to my sibling so they have something nice. But express locks does work, they do just need better communication so that you’re not so left in the dark..”

“Express Unlocks is an AWESOME service. I was skeptical at first due to past scams. But, this DEFINITELY is the real deal. I paid $24 to check my eligibility. Upon finding out that my phone was eligible to be unlocked, I paid the remaining balance and my phone was unlocked within minutes. I had several questions pertaining to the process and the longevity of the unlock services. The customer service reps that answered my questions were very patient with me and answered my questions thoroughly. I would HIGHLY recommend this unlocking service to anyone interested in unlocking their device. Thank you Express Unlocks for not only doing a quick, yet efficient job. “We had to unlock a phone from ATT to switch to a different provider. When ATT was no help, we turned here, they quickly took charge and got our phone unlocked. Much thanks!”
