Hi Juan Ortega, thanks for your feedback. I understand the multiple payments can be confusing – just to clarify, the $24.99 was for your Eligibility Check, and the $68 was for the Standard Unlock. These fees are clearly outlined on the checkout page prior to purchase, as all our phones require an Eligibility Check followed by the Unlocking Payment. Since your order status shows "Unlock Complete," your iPhone 14 Pro Max (from Verizon USA) is now unlocked. “Honestly I can't believe how easy the whole process was! From beginning to end everything was labeled clearly. The charges that we're going to be made and what the steps would take to do so. I unlocked my iPhone 16 that was on the Verizon network. It took all of 15 minutes. So my advice to you is that it's worth the money especially if you have a phone that you really want to use that hasn't been unlocked due to any reason. Five star review for me! I will definitely use them again in the future for any other phones that I might need unlocked! You guys rule!!!”

“Instuctions were easy to follow/understand. PUK took a while to arrive as it had to be requested from Sony. However I was kept updated and the tracking was useful.”
