“Great service - quick and hassle free. You're kept up to date on progress throughout as well, which is reassuring. The update screen initially indicated that it could take up to two days, but in reality the whole process was done in around 25 minutes. Will definitely use this company again if the need arises.”

“After I accidentally broke my phone I needed a replacement and the only phone I had available was locked to EE. I came across ExpressUnlocks online and decided to give them a go and I was not dissapointed. Within an hour the phone was unlocked and I could use my SIM. The service provided was very efficient and fast. I would highly reccomend ExpressUnlocks to anyone who is in the same predicament!”

“I was skeptical at first, the process seemed lengthy and expesive since the last time I unlockd a device a few years ago. I bit the bullet based on past reviews and hoped for the best. Getting the codes took about 4 days. The page kept a running status which was handy. When the codes were receieved, they were emailed to me. The instructions were clear, the unlock process simple for a Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra. Once I entered the code, did a reboot I was able to make and receive calls with my new SIM.”

Hi Ayman Please contact Live Support who can assist with you better than I can. However I will try to help: Your phone is certainly now unlocked for any sim card. If your sim card is locked with a PIN number, you will probably need to contact your carrier in order to unlock the sim. Charlotte
