“After changing 3 mobile phones to a different network I tried to install the 3 new SIM cards in the phones only to discover that 2 of them were locked to the old network. I tried to get them unlocked by the previous network provider but they eventually said that it wasn't possible because of the age of the phones. After searching the internet I chose express unlock to try to unlock the phones. The process was very easy. There was a long(ish) wait for one of the phones to be unlocked but I was kept informed about what was happening and the unlock was completed. Very happy.”

“Have used express unlocks on 3 occasions now, first for a Huawei P9 then a Huawei P30 and finally a Samsung from the A family. The process is very clear and their page keeps you updated as you progress. Due to the Bank Holiday weekend I contacted support to see if the ETA was accurate, they were helpful and responded quickly. I think it is important to state you should read the process and terms properly in that there is an inital service / checking charge and then a final payment if you choose to go ahead. I've always found the service worthwhile and better than sitting on a support call with providers / phone manufacturers.”

“Express unlocks were great from start to finish. Never having requested an unlock before I wanted to give my mum my old phone. I followed the steps which were really clear and was kept really well informed all the way through the process. Even though it took a little bit longer than expected due to an issue with the original Network provider, the information sharing system was so effective there was never any concern or stress that it wasn't going to happen. I don't know how it could have been done better to be honest. Very happy customer.”
