“The live chat service is a great addition to have for support. Timescale wasn’t correct but was updated throughout. It would be better if you gave a better timescale to set expectations. I know all networks etc are different but 48 hours turned into 7 days. My phone was also unlocked before you made me aware. Pricing isn’t clear also. Full price needs to be advertised”

“Very happy with the service provided. I purchased a second hand phone from a reputable company only to discover it was network locked and therefore unusable for me. “Came across this website via Google, and like most people prior to using checked out the reviews.Trust Pilot appeared to havve two sets of reviews. One set gave it a review average of 1 and the other gave a 4.5. The difference though was the higher number was given by a couple of thousand people rather than the 30 odd on the other. Needless to say I went with good reviews. I very quickly had my phone checked and and was verified that it wasn't stolen or lost and all payments to current provider had been paid, so the phone belonged tome. I then paid for the unlock, which was completed within 3 three hours. Really impressed, and phone works a treat on any provider, now that it's unlocked. Thanks very much.”

“Super fast delivery and it’s all done within minutes. It’s not a black hole you know where you are in the process as it checks eligibility and then performs the actual unlock. Now I’m not tied to Vodafone anymore and will be able to check out the SIM only deals from others! Nice one 👍”

“Super impressed. I was a little sceptical at first as I was asked for a second payment and don’t know much about these things and had rushed in to try and sort my child’s phone for travelling to school etc. but the service was easy and very good. The bonus being I can now use the sim I ordered without even thinking the phone could be locked and had got a good deal on for data and minutes, as I already hold a contract with them. Within about an hour the phone was unlocked and I was able to use the sim I’d ordered right away. My eldest is very happy to finally have a proper phone now that it’s unlocked, and not have to rely on being home on wifi. There was constant communication from the site from start to finish about the progress, even rectifying that I had got the server it was locked to wrong but the altered it for me themselves and continued with the unlock. Will be using this again for my youngest’s phone when her sim arrives too! Very happy.”
