Hi — I’m Charlotte, sorry for the confusion. Our records show your order (placed 27 Sep 2025) had an Eligibility Check ($28.99) and a Standard Unlock ($36) and the status is “Unlock Complete” — which means the phone has been SIM-unlocked for Vodacom South Africa. Activation (iCloud) Lock is a separate service. As our terms state: "iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: Contact the iPhone owner for iCloud removal or buy our iCloud Removal service. Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock." Also, "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." If you intended to buy Activation Lock removal, we can offer that service — would you like me to send the steps/price to purchase iCloud Removal for your device? To finish the unlock on your Samsung Galaxy A20e, follow the instructions we emailed: "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" — insert an incompatible SIM and enter the codes when prompted. Si necesitas el último paso: según nuestras instrucciones, para iPhones solo tienes que conectar el teléfono al wifi, apagarlo y encenderlo; eso completa el desbloqueo.
