“It was my second purchase in the website. The process was easy, and I received their confirmation seven days after. Delivery was not as good as expected. DHL has a mediocre service. My parcel arrived after a month from online order. I would recommend to look for another logistics provider.”

“Forse tra la migliori, prodotti di qualità per la ricerca, buono il servizio di spedizione rapida. Una volta effettuato ordine potrebbero passare 48 ore prima di avere conferma o spedizione, quindi portate in po' di pazienza la conferma arriverà. Il servio post vendita può impiegare un giorno nel rispondere alle email. Direi azienda affidabile. Saluti .”

“Bonjour, Je sais que vous n'êtes pas réellement responsable des livraisons, mais mondial relay est beaucoup plus professionnel. Il faudrait le rajouter parmi vos différents moyens de livraison. Cordialement”
