“It was my second purchase in the website. The process was easy, and I received their confirmation seven days after. Delivery was not as good as expected. DHL has a mediocre service. My parcel arrived after a month from online order. I would recommend to look for another logistics provider.”

“Forse tra la migliori, prodotti di qualità per la ricerca, buono il servizio di spedizione rapida. Una volta effettuato ordine potrebbero passare 48 ore prima di avere conferma o spedizione, quindi portate in po' di pazienza la conferma arriverà. Il servio post vendita può impiegare un giorno nel rispondere alle email. Direi azienda affidabile. Saluti .”

“I made my first order after i tried a free sample. Stuff quality is ok,the big problem:SHIPPING! I paid for a 2 day shipping and the package arrived in one week. Its taking ALOT to DPD to arrive,but thats not Expreess fault. Always got an answer after 24h! Good job Express HIghs! And change the cuorier :))”

“Just recently I discovered EH and the variety of products is amaizing :)) I'm looking forward to widen my research. :) However, even tough I paid extra for express delivey (within EU) it came to destination country after 5 days..then aditional 5 days due to domestic post not working properly.. So, im not so sure if paying extra 35euro is worth. Have to point out that free samples came much before, unannounced, very nice suprise :)”

“Bis auf eine Bestellung, die bezahlt wurde. Kann man zufrieden sein. Die Abwicklung, Überweisung, verschicken dauert zwar etwas lange. Aber sonst ist es okay. Die Ware ist alles was ich getestet habe 1A”
