Good afternoon Nikos We sincerely apologize for your unpleasant experience with our service. I have checked and in fact it was not possible to send an Express shipment from us to Central Macedonia, this is why the order was sent with standard DHL parcel and took 9 days to reach you, so the express shipping cost will be refunded to you immediately. As for the wrong product sent, it is possible that we made a mistake, I see only one product on your order, the SUICIDE SQUAD - BREAKING BAD 10ml, if you could please e-mail us to let us know what product you received instead - we will correct this for you at no extra cost. Hi Sinead We've checked your order and it appears there has been an error, you've got a Fedex tracking number when you should have a DPD tracking number instead. “Order 70902 from December 19? Has not arrived? Order 70871 arrived in 3 days,.! Order number 710205 mm2a1 has not yet arrived! The free samples arrived in 3 days? Could you please teii me why normally luftpost takes more then two weeks and does not arrive at all.? I like your products and would often place orders, but that seems to be a big risk, as the sending does not arrive. You write, it can take time, how long?? Is it possible the these sendings nicht durch the Zoll kommen und how often do diese sendings get lost. Is there no guarantee that orders will be delivered. I have spent over€100 and have received one free samples and one order from LDPHP, which was very good. Please advise, sending from Portugal kommt nicht an, Holland does not seem to be a problem. Hi Chris The order numbers seem to be incorrect, can you clarify which one arrived successfully please? We've found only the order that you left the review for, number 70292 and it's for the RC products. For Germany, Norway, Finland, Austria and Denmark - shipping for Research Chemicals shop products is only possible with unregistered airmail(due to the nature of the products and restrictions from courier companies) , in this case it is not possible for us to verify if the package has been delivered so we can not accept claims. This information is available on our website under these product groups. We do, however, guarantee delivery of any other products from our store, be it from the Legal Highs Shop, CBD or Headshop products. It is only RC products, and only to the mentioned countries that can not be sent with tracked options. Best regards Express Highs

Hi Stefan All of this information is available on our website, it is not possible to send Research Chemicals to Germany, Norway, Austria and Denmark with courier companies. All other products and all other destinations can be sent to with tracked courier deliveries, this is why we have to have this warning on our website. For RC products and these locations, this is pretty much the industry standard at this stage due to courier restrictions. Best regards Express Highs

We tried to look into it further for you and found that it's an apartment building but you did not provide an apartment number or name in your order details, so perhaps check with your neighbors, contact DPD for clarifications or contact our customer support so we can also see what we can do. “We payed for UPS Express delivery 24h-48h and that cost 24€ extra.They send with DPD who is 8€ and delivery time 6days.We payed in sunday morning and took UPS Express 24-48h counting that order will come to Friday,this is not first time that guys work like that.Sometimes they need whole week to sent package and sometimes they send in 24h-48h.Obviously they have jekyll and hyde guy and its like lottery who will pick up your order and how will do job.Products is very good when it come what you order but sometimes, you will get what you didnt order.I dont recommend except if you like to living on the edge of your nerves.There were some other mistakes in some previous orders, but there is no need to write more than this. Back to old shop F.Ams”

Hi Alen We've responded to you on sitejabber previously about the issue, unfortunately it was not possible to send your order with express delivery as UPS considers your postal code in Croatia a remote location, requiring a large remote location surcharge. The shipping cost has been credited to your account entirely so you got free standard delivery with your order instead.
