Hello Wilfried There was a mistake in the tracking number provided, it was missing a 0 at the end of it, the correct tracking number has just been updated in your order history, the parcel for this order is delivered fine. Best regards Express Highs

Be careful when buying! As described in some other reviews, I paid on the same day I placed my order and received a payment confirmation. However, the shipping confirmation was a long time coming. For two weeks, I wrote several emails requesting confirmation of shipment. Only after threatening legal action was the status changed to "shipped" on a SUNDAY. I have been waiting for delivery for three weeks now, without success. Customer service is no longer available. I now believe that the goods were never shipped. It's a shame, as everything used to work smoothly. But now caution seems to be advised! This site is not recommended! Therefore, DO NOT BUY! Update 26-10-25: Still not arrived and the argument of Expresshighs, I would have sent it to PO Box is wrong. 'poste restante' is not similar to PO Box, it is a service provided by national post offices.

Dear Gustav Our customer service is available for any concerns you may have but please note that it seems the delivery issue might be due to the fact that you ordered to the "poste restante" mailbox, we state on our delivery information page that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, but seems your delivery address is still a PO Box. In this case it is possible that we need to wait for your order to arrive back to us, since you've ordered a product with Regular Mail - there is no tracking number and we can not provide any insight for you while the product is on it's way to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. 19 DAYS GONE AND I DON T GET PACKAGE. NO MONEY BACK NO SENDING WHAT I PAY.THIEVES AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY HERE. After about twenty orders, I have to write my first review, and it's a bad one. I ordered last week on Monday, September 15th, for a total of €120, of which €8.23 was postage. I paid precisely because I want to have a tracking number and know when it was sent and when it would arrive. But it doesn't seem to have been sent because to this day I haven't received the package or the tracking number. I'm waiting for a response to multiple inquiries by email/chat for someone to take pity and write something.Customer service is almost non-existent, you can bark on the moon. I just want a refund or what I ordered. P.S. this is not first time UPDATE 4.10. Still nothing change and nobody answer anymore on mail. Asking for refund my money couple tiimes.19 days nobody sent what i pay.

Meine Bestellung ist nicht angekommen oder wahrscheinlich nie versendet worden und der Support hilft genau so nicht und übermittelt keine Beweise das die Bestellung versendet wurde oder was das Problem ist das meine Bestellung nie angekommen ist. Wenn die Sendung bei der Post verloren gegangen ist könnte das Unternehmen das herausfinden und so das geld zurück bekommen und mir meine Lieferung erneut zu schicken, machen sie aber nicht. Also ziemlich sicher Betrug. Ich habe vor 2 Monaten bestellt gehabt, nur habe ich den Fehler gemacht und keinen Screenshot von meiner btc Zahlung geschickt. Als ich das selber bemerkte habe ich den Nachweis sofort geschickt, express Highs war das egal und hat mich auch nicht erinnert das zu schicken. Nach fast 1 Monat nachdem ich den Nachweis geschickt hatte war meine Bestellung immer noch nicht versendet. Als ich dem Support geschrieben hatte haben sie sofort den Status der Bestellung auf versendet gestellt, sehr komisch. Als über 22 Tage die Bestellung nach angeblichem Versand immer noch nicht da war, habe ich wieder dem Support geschrieben. Die meinten es wäre versendet und daher nicht ihr Problem. Daraufhin habe ich gebeten mir einen Nachweis zu senden das sie meine Bestellung wirklich verschickt hatten. Sie haben nur ausreden gefunden mehr auch nicht. Die Nummer und Bestätigung habe ich nie bekommen. Obwohl ich über ca. 5 Emails deswegen geschrieben habe um einen nachweiß und die Sendungsnummer zu bekommen. Also einfach nur Betrug und meine 160€ sind einfach weg obwohl in Österreich der Händler dafür zuständig ist das die Bestellung an kommt und nach zu forschen woran es gelegen hat das sie nicht angekommen ist. Daher werde ich mit meinem Anwalt reden was man dagegen unternehmen kann, denn Betrügen lasse ich mich sicher nicht. Ich habe vor 2 Jahren 1 mal bei der Firma bestellt und alles hat funktioniert aber anscheinend sind sie nicht mehr so ehrlich wie früher....

Meine kräuter waren offen und im Paket verteilt und mein Liquid war ein anderes als in der Artikelbeschreibung. Ich habe weder die Kräuter noch das liquid ersetzt bekommen. Einmal bestellt,nie wieder!

Good afternoon Andrea We've checked and would like to ask you to respond to the customer service, they have sent numerous e-mails to ask you for the proof of payment, but you do not respond to them, please check and let us know if perhaps you have an e-mail deliverability issue then you can also contact us via live chat on our website. Customer support will fix whatever issue there is with your payment for you. At this time we do not understand which payment this is in reference to, and assume that you may have paid on a scam website since you mention "pirate" website, there is actually a warning about this on our website here: https://www.expresshighs.com/en/fraud-alert You have to make sure you are on ExpressHighs.COM domain when you are making a purchase. There are scam websites that get similar domain names to trick people who made a typo when entering the website address. If this was the case please do respond to our customer support. Scammers. Stay away. They send you other products than the products that you ordered They charge you Express delivery and it takes 16 days in Europe.

I have checked and in fact it was not possible to send an Express shipment from us to Central Macedonia, this is why the order was sent with standard DHL parcel and took 9 days to reach you, so the express shipping cost will be refunded to you immediately. Hi Sinead We've checked your order and it appears there has been an error, you've got a Fedex tracking number when you should have a DPD tracking number instead. Order 70902 from December 19? Has not arrived? Order 70871 arrived in 3 days,.! Order number 710205 mm2a1 has not yet arrived! The free samples arrived in 3 days? Could you please teii me why normally luftpost takes more then two weeks and does not arrive at all.? I like your products and would often place orders, but that seems to be a big risk, as the sending does not arrive. You write, it can take time, how long?? Is it possible the these sendings nicht durch the Zoll kommen und how often do diese sendings get lost. Is there no guarantee that orders will be delivered. I have spent over€100 and have received one free samples and one order from LDPHP, which was very good. Please advise, sending from Portugal kommt nicht an, Holland does not seem to be a problem. Hi Chris The order numbers seem to be incorrect, can you clarify which one arrived successfully please? We've found only the order that you left the review for, number 70292 and it's for the RC products. For Germany, Norway, Finland, Austria and Denmark - shipping for Research Chemicals shop products is only possible with unregistered airmail(due to the nature of the products and restrictions from courier companies) , in this case it is not possible for us to verify if the package has been delivered so we can not accept claims. This information is available on our website under these product groups. We do, however, guarantee delivery of any other products from our store, be it from the Legal Highs Shop, CBD or Headshop products. It is only RC products, and only to the mentioned countries that can not be sent with tracked options. Best regards Express Highs

We have noticed that the address you provided is an apartment building, however, no apartment number has been provided to us when you placed your order, in this situation we can only advise for you to check with your neighbors please. Hi Stefan All of this information is available on our website, it is not possible to send Research Chemicals to Germany, Norway, Austria and Denmark with courier companies. All other products and all other destinations can be sent to with tracked courier deliveries, this is why we have to have this warning on our website. For RC products and these locations, this is pretty much the industry standard at this stage due to courier restrictions. Best regards Express Highs

Au début ok , mais avec le temps ; ne respecte plus du tout les délais d"envoi .. pas très proffessionnels car ne répondnent que quand ils le souhaitent . Le chat ne fontionne pas . PAreil pour la livraison ; on se demande toujours quand cela va arriver . Dommage !
