“Love the products but sometimes I get a letter from the authorities telling me the item I have ordered have been confiscated and I could face disciplinary actions. Would lobe to order more but don't want to go to jail. Please advise. Other than that. Great job.”

“Ordered 4 products, 1 of the products really worked, 1 worked but was honestly overpriced for what it was, the 2 others did nothing and were expensive. Shipping was fast and well packaged though. But I honestly don't know if I'll ever order again on this website.”

“Small order arrived within a week just not the amount I paid for. So yeah it is a bit expensive plus I received less than I purchased. And didn’t receive a free sample even though it was my very first order with them..”

“Ich habe meine Bestellung noch nicht erhalten. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung an mich geliefert wurde, aber ich habe noch nichts erhalten und weiß jetzt nicht, wo sich mein Paket befindet. Ich rief die Lieferfirma an und sie teilten mir mit, Dass er hineingeworfen wurde in der Post Aber auch in der Post habe ich nichts gefunden Ich habe letzten Donnerstag eine Bestellung aufgegeben und 25 extra bezahlt, damit sie innerhalb von 24 bis 48 Stunden ankommt, aber bis heute habe ich noch nichts erhalten.”

Hallo Bachir Wir werden für Sie Kontakt mit dem Lieferunternehmen aufnehmen. Können Sie noch einmal überprüfen, ob Sie in Ihrem Bestellverlauf die richtige Lieferadresse angegeben haben? Fragen Sie bitte auch bei Ihren Nachbarn nach, es ist ungewöhnlich, dass das Lieferunternehmen die Sendung als zugestellt kennzeichnet, ohne dass ein Zustellversuch unternommen wurde.
