“UPDATE: They finally refunded the amount. Before this issue they always delivered. But customer service should definitely be improved. Placed an order 3 months ago. The status update changed to shipped and After a while it was still not delivered so I contacted customer support. They told me they would escalate a ticket to a department. Din’t hear anything for weeks so contacted them again, they would again escalate the issue to the department. Didn’t hear from them again and notices myself on the website that the product was actually out of stock so contacted them again. They offered me a coupon of my purchase amount which I refused since, by law, that’s not allowed and i wanted my money back. The replied they would refund the amount in 10 working days. Now, 25 days later, I still haven’t received my refund. Will contact my credit card provider to open a dispute and get my money back trough them since Expresshighs, doesn’t update you with progress on mistakes from their side and they also do not adhere to the agreements. While I had received my previous orders there where also a lot of mistakes made by them. It’s all fun until something goes wrong from their side.”

Hi Franco Our sincere apologies for the problems with the order, the reason for the difficulties is that Metizolam went out of stock after you placed your original order and is not coming back any more, so we could not possibly reship the same product for you. The refund however, has already been processed and will be credited back to the card you paid with. Best regards Express Highs

“Quality good, delivery time good, unfortunately one product was missing from the last order. After my complaint, I received a tracking link for a different country of destination. Silence after that. Otherwise it would actually have been enough for 5 stars.”

“Die Ware ist super aber meine letzte Bestellung in Höhe von 166€ ist nicht angekommen.ich habe regelmäßig bestellt und war immer zu frieden. Jetzt bestelle ich dort nicht mehr. Deren war es egal ob ich meine Bestellung erhalte oder nicht”

“Gras ist mir lieberund sehr viel billiger! ich brauche die ruhe die man mit Gras und Co erreicht! Ich muss schlafen dafür kann man natürlich teuer Geld verlangen! Ihr werdet mich nur noch selten sehen ihr seid viel zu teuerhabe was anderes gefunden! Danke bis irgendwann”

“Legal highs delivery reached perfectly fine and according to expectations. But RC to Germany never reached (it's been two months now). So if you can't get it tracked don't bother. Bad luck for some countries and a big loss of money for me...”

“2 orders placed, 1 order missing. That's a 50% rate, so not very happy. Got a refund, that tells me they're legit, but still. You'll need to deal with better shipping companies, especially for the price charged for express shipping. May give it another try, but not too soon anyway.”
