“Be careful when buying! As described in some other reviews, I paid on the same day I placed my order and received a payment confirmation. However, the shipping confirmation was a long time coming. For two weeks, I wrote several emails requesting confirmation of shipment. Only after threatening legal action was the status changed to "shipped" on a SUNDAY. I have been waiting for delivery for three weeks now, without success. Customer service is no longer available. I now believe that the goods were never shipped. It's a shame, as everything used to work smoothly. But now caution seems to be advised! This site is not recommended! Therefore, DO NOT BUY! Update 26-10-25: Still not arrived and the argument of Expresshighs, I would have sent it to PO Box is wrong. 'poste restante' is not similar to PO Box, it is a service provided by national post offices.”

Dear Gustav Our customer service is available for any concerns you may have but please note that it seems the delivery issue might be due to the fact that you ordered to the "poste restante" mailbox, we state on our delivery information page that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, but seems your delivery address is still a PO Box. In this case it is possible that we need to wait for your order to arrive back to us, since you've ordered a product with Regular Mail - there is no tracking number and we can not provide any insight for you while the product is on it's way to you. “I made my first order after i tried a free sample. Stuff quality is ok,the big problem:SHIPPING! I paid for a 2 day shipping and the package arrived in one week. Its taking ALOT to DPD to arrive,but thats not Expreess fault. Always got an answer after 24h! Good job Express HIghs! And change the cuorier :))”

“I’ve had several issues with my orders over time. First of all, I was paying for shipping without being informed that it could be free after spending a certain amount — something I only found out later by chance. On multiple occasions, I paid extra for 2–3 day delivery, yet my orders arrived after more than 9 days. Other times, my payments were “lost,” and I was asked to provide proof, exact payment dates and exact time and they didn't accept my revolut payment document, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I’ve also repeatedly requested free samples but have never received a single one. The response rate from customer service is quite slow as well. On a positive note, my packages have always arrived safely and were never lost — but overall, the experience could be much smoother and more transparent.”
