“Nagyon jo a termekek minosege, mar tobbet kiprobaltam. A csapat segitokesz, valaszolnak az emailekre. A szallitas van mikor kicsit hosszadalmas, de megeri varni rá. A csapatra es a tenekekre 5 csillagot adnek. A szallitasra csak 2,3mat mert van amikor pentekre irjak az erkezest de csak hetfon hozzák.”

“Der Kundenservice ist extrem schlecht. Es wird selten bis gar nicht geantwortet. Oftmals werden die Probleme verharmlost. Wenn ich mit express Versand bestelle, werden die Produkte mit normalem Versand versendet, sind oft wochenlang unterwegs. Die Kommunikation zwischen den einzelnen Stationen in der Firma läuft fast gar nicht. DpD ist der absolut schlechteste Lieferservice den man wählen kann... Die Produkte sind echt gut und leider gibt es keine Alternativen. Ich sehe mich deswegen gezwungen immer wieder dort zu bestellen, trotz sehr schlechtem Kundenservice und Lieferservice. Neuerdings kommen die Bestellung aus Tschechien von irgendwelchen Briefkastenadressen angeblich von Tech Connect.Sro. Jedes Mal von einem anderen Standort. Für Reklamationen ist diese Firma nicht offen und mehrere Offene Beträge stehen noch aus. Man muss als Kunde beweisen dass man die Ware nicht erhalten hat und selbst dann ist es schwierig diese oder das Geld zu erhalten. Alles in allem ein sehr schlechter Service aber die Einzige Seite die wirklich qualitative Produkte verkauft, die ihren Preis auch wert sind, wenn es denn reibungslos klappt”

“Forse tra la migliori, prodotti di qualità per la ricerca, buono il servizio di spedizione rapida. Una volta effettuato ordine potrebbero passare 48 ore prima di avere conferma o spedizione, quindi portate in po' di pazienza la conferma arriverà. Il servio post vendita può impiegare un giorno nel rispondere alle email. Direi azienda affidabile. Saluti .”
