“Durch die zusammenarbeit mit dpd nicht zu gebrauchen. Pakete kommen garnicht oder spät oder nach 10 Tagen. Habe zu RAUCHGEIST Gewechselt und bei 20bestellungen a 50 € kamm alles nach 24h”

“I have been a good customer of theirs for years but now all of a sudden the website doesn’t allow me to place an order and I’m getting no help from them. They just ask the same questions and to do the same things under the guise of “helping” but they won’t place my order or do anything that actually helps. This has been going on for weeks. It’s their website so they’ve done something but obviously they don’t want business from UK customers even though my order gets sent to a mailbox in Germany so it’s not illegal for me to place an order but they just don’t seem to care. I’ve spent thousands over the years but that loyalty doesn’t seem to matter to them.”

Hi Fiona We need more information about what exactly happens when you order, we have many customers from Germany and they can place orders no problem. If you have created shipping or billing addresses in your account that are in the UK you might be getting a message in your shopping cart because we can't ship to the UK directly. Try to remove all UK addresses in your account first, then try to place an order with your German address, it should work. You can also try to clear your cache and cookies in your browser, log out and then log back in again. Let us know how it goes please! Best regards Express Highs

“Nachdem ich bei einigen anderen Onlineshops gewaltig auf die Nase gefallen war, überraschte mich dieser Shop durch eine einfache und nachvollziehbare Art der Bestellung und Bezahlung. Die Suchoption nach bestimmten Produkten ist noch etwas ausbaubar, aber dafür stimmt die Produktqualität und die Wirkung entspricht der Beschreibung. Zudem erfolgte die Lieferung recht zügig.”

“I have regularly been buying herbal incense products from Express Highs for around seven years and have never been disappointed with the quality of their products nor the length of shipping time (to France).
