“Love the products but sometimes I get a letter from the authorities telling me the item I have ordered have been confiscated and I could face disciplinary actions. Would lobe to order more but don't want to go to jail. Please advise. Other than that. Great job.”

“UPDATE: They finally refunded the amount. Before this issue they always delivered. But customer service should definitely be improved. Placed an order 3 months ago. The status update changed to shipped and After a while it was still not delivered so I contacted customer support. They told me they would escalate a ticket to a department. Din’t hear anything for weeks so contacted them again, they would again escalate the issue to the department. Didn’t hear from them again and notices myself on the website that the product was actually out of stock so contacted them again. They offered me a coupon of my purchase amount which I refused since, by law, that’s not allowed and i wanted my money back. The replied they would refund the amount in 10 working days. Now, 25 days later, I still haven’t received my refund. Will contact my credit card provider to open a dispute and get my money back trough them since Expresshighs, doesn’t update you with progress on mistakes from their side and they also do not adhere to the agreements. While I had received my previous orders there where also a lot of mistakes made by them. It’s all fun until something goes wrong from their side.”

Hi Franco Our sincere apologies for the problems with the order, the reason for the difficulties is that Metizolam went out of stock after you placed your original order and is not coming back any more, so we could not possibly reship the same product for you. The refund however, has already been processed and will be credited back to the card you paid with. Best regards Express Highs

I have checked and in fact it was not possible to send an Express shipment from us to Central Macedonia, this is why the order was sent with standard DHL parcel and took 9 days to reach you, so the express shipping cost will be refunded to you immediately. As for the wrong product sent, it is possible that we made a mistake, I see only one product on your order, the SUICIDE SQUAD - BREAKING BAD 10ml, if you could please e-mail us to let us know what product you received instead - we will correct this for you at no extra cost. “Die Qualität und Wirkung der Forschungschemikalien 2MMC, 2-FEA, 3-CPM sowie die Benzodiazepine Flubromazepam und Dechloretizolam bewerte ich als sehr gut. Auch das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Nur die lange Lieferzeit von manchmal über 14 Tagen lässt noch zu wünschen übrig!”
