“Oliver was very polite, we had several admin issues that Oliver sorted promptly Our only issue was the loss of my husbands driving licence number being blamed on the system rather than customer advisior( not Oliver) Again we had to send the application back twice and had two calls with regards the payment date again not Oliver but Oliver sorted it”

“Well they helped me get the car although i would not call it the best service as i had to chase them all the time so i did not feel like my custom was that valued to them. The agent never called me even when they promised to call back, apart from texting i had to call them all the time. So i felt like i was to do all the chasing or grovel to get the finance but to them it was like as my custom was not that important. It was as if they felt that because i am the one who needs finance so they just felt that i was going to call anyway so they did not even bother to call even when they made a promise to call back, they just knew i was going to call anyway. The service once i called was ok it's only that they never called me through the process which to me makes me wonder if they valued my custom, would have been ok if i don't like to be called.”

“Emails didn’t arrive in order of stages and was left hanging for 24hrs and I had to make contact to be told it was all completed, would have been nice to know”

“Dealing with Corey was a pleasure! My calls were returned quickly and any issues/questions I had were dealt with promptly. The only part I didn't like was the emails from other people. If something didn't make sense, there was no one to speak to. I had to do it through email. I personally prefer to speak to someone.”
