“The only issue i had was no explanation on phone and an email with some figures on no explanation as to how the figures were broken down, which almost made me cancel the agreement. However, I believe there should of been an attachment with the email explaning the breakdown which i didnt recieve. This was sorted by FG Barnes, overall everyone was friendly and polite, however 3 emails a day for 3 days about the same thing is some what a little excessive.”

“I am happy with the service I received. Had a bit of a problem, after travelling over 200 miles to get the car I wanted. I was told by the dealer I wouldnt be driving away the same day which was a shock to me with the distance i had travelled. From speaking to the advisor before planning the journey i was told everything was set and all i needed to do was to go over sign some papers and get the car but I had to spend the night over which cost me £100. Next day all set, got the car and drove home no problem. Just happy it worked out in the end.”

“Nathan was very helpful and explained all the facts to me. Then when i was able to secure an additional deposit, he worked very quickly to re-adjust the finance figures to ensure there was no delay for me picking up the car. A+ Service thank you for all your help”
