“Hi Corey your service was good with the exception of one thing after signing the edocs you then asked for bank statements this then delayed payment to Arnold Clark surely bank statements should have been requested the same time as the other proofs. Thanks Grant Walker”

Hi Grant, sorry about this, we are beholden to the lenders requests unfortunately. So if they require additional things/items, we have to provide them, for them to validate affordability etc. The main thing is everything is all now sorted and you are happy with the car. Best regards

“Only thing I would suggest is having more communication between you and the car people, having to send the car people my details to send to you only to be asked by yourselfs to send the same things multiple times, Nathan was very helpful and polite, thank you”

“Helped me through everything and quite easy. We got there in the end. Very helpful on the phone and via email. Funds were released ASAP and the garage received them quickly so I could pick the car up when I was supposed to.”
