Hello Richard. I do apologise that you feel you wasn't made aware of when your first payment would come out of your account. When you signed your documents there is a section on the direct debit mandate for you to select your preferred payment date, and the dealer should have discussed this with you. Typically customers payments come out 30 days after the date of signature. If this isn't a comfortable date for you please give the finance company a call and they may still be able to change the date for you, within reason. “Picked golf up did not get a year aa breakdown guarantee as advertised.has not had a timing belt recently as advertised. Abs and traction control light on dash.will be contacting garage on 17th.and if nothing done possibly returning vehicle.d middleton”
