Very easy process and staff were responsive and helpful. The staff at the pick-up facility in Luton were outstanding and I was off with my new car in less than 30 mins. So far, a fantastic experience...

I rang up yesterday and ordered a brand new Audi A3 and the very next day I’m on the road behind the wheel already. Hassle free no faff paperwork, just a few signatures and full explanation from Russell, and 30mins later I’m out in my new wheels. I’ve been leasing for the past 10years this was so much simpler. I’ve seen the future and it’s Evogo. Why pay a fortune in deposit and finance for a car that will depreciate as soon as you own it. Love this new car, but really looking forward to changing to another new one in 6 months or so. Thanks Evogo

Russell (Blythen) was brilliant. Communication was spot on and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process of getting in the car. Very laid back and friendly. Top man and would hope he is in charge of putting me in my next car.

We had a great experience with evogo up until the moment we handed the car back and were stung with a bill of over £400 for the smallest of marks on the outer shell, which had happened when the car was parked and were not our fault. We had looked after the car and taken it back thoroughly clean and polished, we put hours into giving it back in such a nice condition, when I am sure not everyone does. What does 'normal wear and tear' mean if not a couple of faint marks? Feel scammed and cheated to be honest. Not to memtion totally out of pocket this month. We would not lease with them again. We probably will not lease again.

Basic knowledge on a new model of car which wasn't very helpful when comparing choices. Good communication up until the 2nd delay on the car arriving, felt as though I was having to chase for updates. Happy with the price and car once it arrived it being deliver to my home address.

From Lewis at head office in Sheffield to Simon at the Dunstable office it was easy to business with the team at Evogo. All communications were clear and timely. The team is friendly and advises on all matters with no question too small to answer. A 5 star service all round.
