The items arrived today within the time frame I had been promised. The products look good but the quality I suppose is what you pay for! They were cheap. My main problem was the communication and placing the order. I had to email, wait, then call after no response, answer machine, finally talk and then receive the response to the email.

Many thanks for your feedback I have just investigated this for you and it seems that delivery is not due till Friday 8th july, this was also confirmed by email. I have also looked into the delay in replying and as you requested multiple artwork changes from unsuitable artwork this will always add to your lead times I hope you will moderate your review given these facts. Regarding your answerphone comment our office hours are 8am till 6pm if you call between these hours you will always get a human at the end of the phone as we have plenty of staff on hand to help. If you would like to discuss this further then please dont hesitate to contact the office and ask for the sales manager. Have a lovely day.

Goods were fine in the end, but it was frustrating when making the amends it took so long for replies.

Hi Pauline Thanks for the feedback, we’re glad that you are pleased with the products. Regarding your comments about the service, it seems you requested five visuals, all of which were provided to you within the hour. I believe is a fairly good response time from our design team and account manager. Thanks for your constructive comments , as your order was placed in our busiest time of the year we accept that some client have had to wait an extra day or so for paperwork. On the plus side of these delays we have now added more staff to our admin team and also sales support so we are confident that next april we have this covered. thanks again for your comments.

Hi Veronica We send out our review request between 7 and 10 days of invoice being sent as over 90% of our range is delivered before 7 days. If you would like to send me your invoice number I will get update you on your delivery date. Regards The management

2 x boxes arrived and one had a big rip in the side. stock was missing no delivery note with the goods

Hi Louise, Thanks for your constructive feedback sadly we cannot 100% control the final delivery as we use nationwide couriers. I have spoke to James who has been in touch regarding the missing bands which seems to be have been caused by the rip in the box. We will gladly replace any missing items when quantities are confirmed. Regards the management

I ordered some wristbands. They were good quality when they arrived. There was some miscommunication as to when they would arrive. I had to contact the company 3 times, but did not receive the promised details about dates. Then the bands just arrived, which was a shame as I had wanted someone to contact me so that I could get them sent to a different address. I did try to contact the company to tell them this, but my emails went unanswered. With that caveat, I would recommend the company and would use them again. Their prices are very keen and the end product is fine for quality.

When sending samples it would be useful to put some form of identification within the envelope so that when the sample is received the company know who it was sent from. Also after confirming my order, i was sent an urgent invoice before I had seen a proof of my order. I found this a bit disappointing as I wanted to see what my product would look like before going ahead. However Matt Gardener was very helpful and answered any queries I had. Many thanks

Hi Victoria, Thanks for your comments which we have noted. For your infomation all samples have our compliments slip in , however on this occasion our supplier has missed this off. So sorry for confusion , ref invoicing due to the volume of orders we deal with we do have to send out our invoices quickly as if not then production can be affected. You will be glad to know we have taken on a 3rd administrator to ease this workload. Thanks again for your valued comment and we look forward to working with you in the future.

Golf brollies we ordered were branded nicely but actual umbrella was poorer quality than expected. Email confirmation and contact was not as seamless as it could be. We had to chase a few times for updates. I will use the company again but will try to always request a sample ahead of ordering.

Hi Lynne, Firstly thanks for the review I know we have a long history so I am sorry the quality is not up scratch. I have spoke to Ross about this and it was the executive golf umbrella we sent , in all fairness this is actually one of the number sellers in the uk for promo goods. However it is a promotional brolly so going forward next time please let us know and we will make sure you get a sample to check and make sure you are 100% happy. First class service from James who replied promptly to all our emails and made the ordering process easy. James also arranged for our artwork to be done and got the delivery to us a day earlier than expected so can’t fault them on service.They should
