“We had such a positive experience working with Joshua! We had a tight deadline to get the product in our hands and he made every effort to make that possible for us - and he did! We are really happy with the product and felt like we were really well looked after by Joshua. Great customer service.”

“We needed a branded pen at short notice for a marketing event. Hunted around online and due to supply chain issues, many companies wouldn't have been able to deliver the specific item we were looking for within the required timeframe. We filled out a quotation request on Everything Branded and were instantly contacted by Shrina Gondalia who was extremely helpful and proactive. The order was processed in a matter of minutes and the order was delivered in good time. Highly recommended.”

“Fantastic service and price. Communication was excellent with a very swift turnaround of proofs and visuals. Special mention to our wonderful Account manager Sharan who had a wealth of knowledge and patience, pulling out all the stops to help us meet our unrealistic demands and deadlines. Thank you very much, would certainly use again. One thing I would say is if we could please have product sizes on all the products on the website... it would make Sharan's job easier.”

“I have used Everything branded a few time now. My account manager there Callum Burton has been super helpful and always replies swiftly. I have been back and forth changing a few things here and there and he is always patient, efficient and accommodating. I will always use Everything branded when we need promotional merchandise and i'm happy to recommend them too. !!!”

“Very poor communication from the Territory Lead who I placed the initial order with in March. It is now July and I am still waiting on the order to be filled. We had to pay for the order in full before the order was processed, I was advised a 2 week lead time once payment was received. 10 days after confirming payment was made, I asked for an update and was told the order was never placed, I had to send on all the order information again. I received the first partial delivery of the order in May, which was 5 weeks after the order not 2 weeks, there were items missing, and no delivery note. When I emailed I was informed the missing items were ordered again. I was then advised the missing items weren't in stock and wouldn't be available until December. I have asked for a contact for a customer service representative to lodge a complaint, to date, none has been provided. I received several more deliveries at the end of June with more items missing. I wouldn't recommend to any small or large corporate company.”
