“Very disappointed with the service. First the delivery did not get delivered on the agreed date. We were not even notified that they were going to be late and Everything Branded only found out once I called to ask where the cups had got to. They eventually arrived 3 days later than the agreed date. The print was out of register to the level that we could not use the cups as our logo was not straight. Everything Branded agreed that the quality was not good enough and so we sent the cups back for a refund. We have still not received this refund SIX weeks later! Very keen to secure the sale with excellent customer service but once things go wrong, communication goes quite, short and delayed!”

“We had a great experience ordering merchandise for our company's event from Everything Branded. With a special mention to James Dean who was helpful answering all of my questions and speedy with proofs. The delivery time was well in advance of when we required it and the products look fantastic.”

“After receiving a few samples comparing to other suppliers, I decided make my purchase with everything branded. The price for my order was so reasonable i couldn't refuse and to top it off, Jake was amazing. After me changing my mind several times on the design. Thank you x”

“I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Everything Branded. Ciaran was very professional and obliging, he sent me as many product visuals as I requested and was always more than happy to help. My only small qualm was that on a few occasions I had to send a follow-up email when it took a few days to get a response, but I can imagine that the company is very busy, and when I did send the follow-up email Ciaran always replied promptly. We are incredibly satisfied with the product ('Polo plus' travel mug in black), it has a very professional finish and each product came in an individual box. From confirming the order to receiving the final product took just under a week. My society and I are very impressed and happy with the service we have received, and will be sure to use Everything Branded for our future business.”

“I found your site on line and called. Jake answered my call, took full details of what I was looking for and came back to me the same day with a quote and example of art work. We ordered both key rings and pens which were delivered on schedule. Jake kept in contact all the time with copies of art work and information. We are very pleased with the results. Thank you”
