“Needed some pens for a conference. Alpa, my account manager, rang me up and we got everything delivered very quickly. There were some changes in what was available that she talked me through, and made some excellent suggestions on. I am sure I'll use Everything Branded again.”

“First time I've used Everything Branded and chose them based on their good reviews. Very impressed with the service and Cameron Reid-Jones has been exceptional in his customer service and has kept us informed every step of the way, by email and phone. We are only a small company but we will definitely use them again.”

“Samuel is always a great help at Everything Branded and gets my quotes over in an efficient manner. Knows the products well and always very reasonable on price. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is after personalised merchandise.”

“Ben Jones was absolutely pivotal in us choosing Everything Branded for our event merchandise. We were on a tight schedule and on a tight budget and Ben just made the whole process simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend Everything Branded to anybody looking for a quality product for a decent price with the added bonus of exceptional customer service!”

“This was my personal first time using Everything Branded and Samuel Wainwright was recommended to me by a colleague. Samuel was helpful, friendly and stuck to deadlines when getting quotes/proof's across. Even after placing the order he has sent confirmation emails and been very helpful with the payment process. His professionalism shines through. Highly Recommended.”

“This company does not value their customers. It pretty much states in their terms that they will not be held responsible for failure to fulfil a delivery commitment. After asking on the 17th Sept for follow up on who the courier was that delivered the goods to an address other than my own (which I did not agree too) I have had no word back. No one has called to apologise either. I have no order and apparently not entitled to receive my money back. I have now escalated this complaint by other means. Appalling. I wouldn't even give one star...but I have no choice!”
