When sending samples it would be useful to put some form of identification within the envelope so that when the sample is received the company know who it was sent from. Also after confirming my order, i was sent an urgent invoice before I had seen a proof of my order. I found this a bit disappointing as I wanted to see what my product would look like before going ahead.
However Matt Gardener was very helpful and answered any queries I had.
