“I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to this time after my experience with this company. We had a huge issue with the drawstring bags that broke and the artwork peeled off making them unusable after a few weeks. We got in touch with the company because the bags we ordered the year before where good quality and lasted the whole year so there was clearly a quality issue with this year's batch of drawstring bags. I was referred back to the claims policy which indicates that they are only guaranteed for 7 days - which means if anything happens on the 8th day you’re stuffed! Company didn't ask what I would like to happen nor did they allow me to make a formal complaint because they don't have a complaints policy or procedure. They talked about ‘significant use’ but couldn’t define this for me. They also talked about wear and tear and again couldn’t define this for me in the context of their drawstring bags. All in all, really bad experience and won't be using them again - shame really because my next order was going to be 1500 drawstring bags!”

Hello, We are extremely sorry to hear of dissatisfaction with the bags, especially given your first experience with us. Unfortunately, due to the length of time between delivery and notification (5 months), it is very difficult for us to work on a solution for you, however, as you have been a customer previously our management team offered a discount on any future order as a gesture of goodwill, which unfortunately you turned down. “I received exceptional service from Jai Chavda. From my initial email enquiring whether the use of environmentally friendly packaging was available to the delivery of the product to our Hatfield address; the service has been 10 out of 10. It is rare to receive such high-quality service in the build up to Christmas, where it is easy to miss emails and not return a call, but Jai didn’t let the festive period stop his service. I have recommended to fellow co-workers to switch and use Everything Branded for all their future orders. It was a pleasure to speak to him over the phone. He sent the sample Prospect Mug within a few days and called to ask if I have received it. He’s always added his personal touch and going above and beyond. It was a pleasure to correspond with him and I hope his service is recognised and appreciated and most important REWARDED in this festive season.”

“Jai was exceptionally helpful in producing quotes for my enquiry. I was quickly able to find what I was looking for and get customised quotes to fit my budget. Jai was very accommodating and reassuring with the delivery dates and the items came earlier then expected. I thought the quality of the items was much better than I was expecting for the price and the logo was added onto the product perfectly and won't rub off.”
