“I recently purchased some mugs from Everything Branded. The whole process was very slick and smooth until the actual mugs arrived. Unfortunately the was a problem on our logo so I had to reject them. Georgia Wilson our account handler took ownership of the problem and with some help from her manager manged to get a reprint turned around in a matter of days. My only concern is why the problem wasn't flagged up first time around, and wonder if the proofing stage needs looking at. Second delivery was spot on and thank you to everyone for making it happen.”

“My account manager Ross Robinson has been brilliant. After taking over from a previous account manager who has now left the business he resolved all my outstanding issues and even arranged some discount. He made the whole order process simple and easy and kept me regularly updated via email. I would highly recommend Ross and Everything Branded. Order due to be despatched in 10 days but quality of mugs from a previous order are fab.”
