“I always receive a really good Customer Service from Louis Henry and the team. I have worked with Louis on several projects, he is very helpful and even though we go through several possibilities before ending up with the final product list he is very patient, nothing is too much trouble and he is always on hand to tweak and produce the final product.”

“Great service, very welcoming and accommodating, definitely went the extra mile when items were out of stock and dead lines were looming. Carmine was always quick to come back and went the extra mile to offer solutions. Deliveries were made on time and everyone was very happy with the product. I am already a returning customer!”

“From our first enquiry through to the delivery of 250 cotton totes for our museum this morning we have been dealt with professionally and courteously. The whole process, from the germ of an idea on our part to the finished product has been remarkably quick. When the box of bags arrived this morning, as promised, it opened immediately and we were delighted with the contents - if anything they look even better than we had hoped. “Melanie was very easy to work with, from start of enquiry until the finished proof. The pencils arrived very promptly and were beautiful. The natural style had a very smooth natural finish and the pencil lead was soft. Altogether first rate service and product.”
