“Order CAD015362, or should I say lack of it? Hi Reece, We still have not received our order and the show is over tomorrow. You assured me that they would be delivered by the 29th April 2019, which is now clearly NOT the case. Therefore, I would request that you return our payment for the product that we have not received and clearly will not be fit for purpose as the show it over. I have rang you on a number of occasions with regard to the above matter and been told by your colleagues that you are not available and they have asked if I would like to leave a message, which I have, requesting you to ring me back. Sadly on all of these occasions i have not heard from you and had to ring you again. “We ordered our 2020 diaries early this year and have been looked after by Dan Biggin. Our experience has been excellent - Dan responds to emails quickly and always returns phone calls straight away. The diaries haven't yet arrived (they're due in next month) but so far the process has been seamless.”
