“Had to order to branded pens at short notice and found Everything Branded on a Google search. Made contact with Ryan and sure enough he was as good as his word and the pens were with me the day after they were ordered. Excellent service.”

“As a member of a small committee promoting a long distance walking race. I was tasked with the job of finding a suitable company that could produce a quality souvenir T-Shirt which we could give to all the competitors in our event. After an internet web search I had a list of four potential companies. On contacting the four companies about our needs. Two companies never replied, one replied with a very expensive quote. The four company telephone the next day. I was contacted by Jake Panetta an account manager for Everything Branded. I had numerous questions I needed to ask about their products and designs, something that is not that easy to relay in an email. I was delighted when Jake called and we could talk about what our requirements were. He was extremely informative, patient and very helpful as we changed the numbers in our quotes and type of products a few times. He was also able to supply an obsolete Pin Badge that was no longer available locally. As well as being able to supply our T-Shirts and Pin Badges we have also requested Everything Branded to supply finisher's medal for the event. Jake supplied us with mock up of the medal with our event logo within 30 minutes of our request. It has been a real pleasure dealing with this company Everthing Branded. Jake in particular has been great to work with. Their customer service has been excellent, even on the occasions I've phoned them direct my call has been answered within 1 minute which is something refreshing. Price wise I can't fault them either. We have a limited budget which they have accommodated. Definitely 10 out of 10 for Everything Branded.”

“Extremely persistent in chasing you up in order to make the sale, unfortunately lack the zeal to follow up on delivery. I was assured that my products would be delivered by a certain date, I had to call them to chase up to see where my product was- and apparently there was a fault with the order from the supplier and they never bothered to tell me. Customer service was also horrendous. Avoid at all costs- especially if you under time pressure to receive your goods.”
