“Once I decided on which high viz cycling jacket to buy I discovered that it was out of stock in my size. So I contacted Ettore Cycling by email and am pleased to say that they were very helpful indeed and informed me that they a delivery of the jacket due in that week. I am so pleased with the jacket and the efficient and helpful service I received.”

“I ordered the wrong size shorts, they dealt with the return and reorder process extremely well. I already have a pair of their shorts and find them as good as many more expensive brands. They also fit well, which is a bonus. Sizing does seem slightly small however.”
