“I have ordered from Ettore before and was very pleased. I was therefore very disappointed when this order arrived. The jacket had no tags on and was not wrapped in plastic inside the package. It was clearly an item that had been returned and then sent out without repackaging. When you buy something new you expect it to appear that way. I would have returned but unfortunately needed it for a cycle at the weekend.”

“Cycle jacket was faulty. They sent a pre paid lable for me to go and return it. 8 miles round trip. They should have arranged collection for few copper more. I had to then remind them to send me a rplacement.”
