“I have ordered from Ettore before and was very pleased. I was therefore very disappointed when this order arrived. The jacket had no tags on and was not wrapped in plastic inside the package. It was clearly an item that had been returned and then sent out without repackaging. When you buy something new you expect it to appear that way. I would have returned but unfortunately needed it for a cycle at the weekend.”

“I have just purchased a red Ettore cycling jacket and i so happy i did. It is so comfy to wear and the wrist straps are a great idea. The customer service team were always on the ball as the XL jacket was out of stock but the let me know a few days before they were expecting a delivery. Paul Moss”

“Delivery to Gloucester was super fast- 2 days. I love this bag so much I had to buy a second one to have in my holiday destination, (it will live there) rather than bring my bag from home. I’ve had this bag for months now and guarantee it’s waterproof. It fits me like a glove. I am 150 cm tall. It holds a remarkable amount of stuff. I can’t fault it.”
