“Club trip to the Dart with coach Nils and colleague Phil. We were a mixed ability group hitting the lower Dart after low rainfall. Nils managed to juggle the water conditions and the different needs of the group smoothly, keeping things interesting for us all, his style is very encouraging without pushing unduly and I felt safe and well supported throughout and learnt loads.”

“Great service. I ordered 2 buoyancy aids, one for me and one for my son. Mine was perfect but the one for my son was a bit too snug (he was between sizes) so I arranged a return and ordered the correct size. Both deliveries have been really fast and the returns process was really easy and I got my refund super quick! Thanks”

“Easy to find what I was looking for on the website. Good descriptions of items including videos which helps someone new to sport, like me, make an informed choice. “I bought a Werner Shuna paddle online at the great price of £240. I had them delivered to my neighbour incase they arrived early in the range of dates I was given. - I was going away for a few days. When I returned, the paddle had already arrived! I was a bit dismayed to find the cardboard box was pretty bashed as the paddle was expensive and reasonably fragile. I opened it and found there was no packaging material in the box to protect the paddle so it was very lucky that the paddle was absolutely fine. Now , because you have asked for photos I wish I hadn;'t deleted the photograph of the battered box after I found that the paddle was ok. My advice would be to fill out the box with bubble wrap or even lots of crumpled newspaper so that the box maintains its shape in transit. Other than that everything dealing with this company would get 5 stars”
