“Excellent customer service from this company. We had a query regarding the weight of the sola swim buoys before we bought them, as we intend to use them regularly on hols and already have difficulties with luggage weight. The online chat service worked really quickly and delivery of the goods was extremely quick with us being kept informed of dates & times of delivery. We will definitely use them again.”

“Very good service, I ordered a PFD, and was finding it difficult to find the one I was looking for (no back padding for a kayak). “A lovely and well priced range of products plus good service. The only improvement I can suggest is to offer customers the option of speaking to someone on the phone as it took me an awful long time to ask questions via chat. A phone call would have been quick and efficient.”

“TLS WATERPROOF PONCHO is in the 'change robe' category, and listed as ADULT size, but IS NOT big enough for an adult to change inside, I could not with-draw my arms through the sleeves into the body of the robe. An adult could wear it as a rain/wind-proof outer layer, but as a change-robe, it is more suited to Large child/small teenager. Returned for refund.”

“Excellent service! Purchased 4 buoyancy aids for my family which were available at a competitive price (would have bought 5 but they were out of stock on 1 size). Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. I was at the top end of the size range for one of the items and when I tried it on it was tight: the returns procedure was quibble free, return postage, including collection from my home by Royal Mail at my selected timeslot was free and efficient, and the full purchase cost of the item was quickly refunded. I wish all on-line vendors had such user-friendly systems!”
