“Swift delivery and a great price on this lovely poncho. I much prefer cotton to manmade microfibre and this is fairly compact so won't take up too much space in the rucksack on hikes where wild swimming is possible!”

“Ordered palm solo PFD online but wasn't the right fit. Went to their show room and got the best service! They were very happy to refund the solo and helped me with fitting for another PFD which is perfect for me. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“I purchased one of the TLS towel robes and it is fabulous. So good that I ordered a second. Unlike many of the robes out there, these are roomy, have a hood, nice length sleeves, a deep pouch pocket and are a great length. I’m a size 14 and 5’8 tall. Brilliant purchase. Easy to use website and fast free delivery. 10/10”

“Even though I found the website to be slightly slow (though this may be a problem with my internet) I ordered online a wetsuit and boyancy aid. I opted for the fast delivery and it arrived well packaged in 2days. I also had a wine discount gift voucher enclosed in the package. (Ideal!!) The wetsuit fitted lovely though the boyancy aid was slightly large for me so I opted to return it free of charge. I havnt delt with the company directly. But the online experience was good.”

“We bought two Yak cockpit covers for our white water kayaks. We had previously bought some on Amazon. Big mistake! They were completely the wrong size and not fit for purpose. The ones from Escape were perfect ( nice tight fit) and much better quality and the sizing when ordering was easy to understand. They also arrived quickly. Will definitely use Escape Watersports again to get any water sport gear.”

“Had a problem with YAK buoyancy not being made properly. Really prompt communication from Escape Watersports. Refund issued immediately on return of item, as all others had same defect. Would have no hesitation in using this company again. If only other Internet sports companies provided this standard of service.”
