“I order 2 Palm Quest buoyancy aids and they arrived the next day. Really quick and easy ordering and delivery, and they came in fully recyclable packaging. They were also the best price I could find anywhere online. Very happy 😁”

“Ordered a drysuit and it arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately the size was a bit neat so had to send it back and order a larger size. But no hassle with returning and second drysuit again arrived within a couple of days. Good prompt service and product is as ordered.”

“Excellent selection of kit, great turnaround in next day delivery. I bought a Ripcurl shirts leave sip back top (didn’t fit so gifted to a friend) and a super thin longsleave neoprene tshirt that was awesome for my paddleboard race last weekend and which should last me a lifetime.”

“I picked a dog life jacket that was right for my dogs weight but it was way to big so I had to return. As the cost of postage is passed onto the customer it felt as though I was being penalised for Escape Watersports incorrectly labelling their product sizes. I’d really encourage them to rethink that aspect of their returns policy.”

Hi, We are very sorry to hear your dog's buoyancy aid did not fit them. The sizing we show on the website is determined by TWF (the manufacturer) and not by us. As all dogs are different shapes and sizes, we can not guarantee the fit of each one. Our returns policy is clearly shown on our website, and we are not looking to penalise any customers with our policy.
