“Fantastic company to deal with. Ordered a few neoprene trousers due to problems with sizing on different brands. All came on super fast delivery. Found a pair that fit and got free returns. Money refunded and all is well. Thanks so much. You make it so much easier to find products to fit.”

“A good experience purchasing a Palm drysuit. Initially, the item was out of stock and so I sent a request to know when it was back in stock. Within a few days, I received a email informing me that the item was now in stock. I ordered the suit with next day delivery. The parcel was received in good condition. Unfortunately, the drysuit proved to be too large. The return procedure was straightforward. The 48hr Royal Mail return label was printed, applied to the parcel and posted. Tracking informed me when Escape Watersports had received the parcel. Notification of the full refund was received by email less than 48hrs later. After this experience I have no doubt in recommending Escape Watersports. I now intend to purchase the Palm Rogan drysuit in a small size.”

“I researched the best place to buy C-skin hats and Escape Watersports ticked all the boxes. Excellent Trust Pilot reviews (I usually check companies on here before I buy from them), free postage and free returns. I bought 2 in different sizes and it was SO easy to return the one that didn't fit. I don't have a printer at home so it was fab that one of the options available was for the Post Office to not only pick up the parcel from my home on a day of my choosing but, to also provide a pre-printed returns label for me to fix to the package. Within minutes after collection I got my email from the PO to confirm the parcel had been picked up. It arrived back at Escape Watersports the following day and I was refunded on Thursday - the parcel was collected on Monday. I'd thoroughly recommend and I'd use them again for sure! Thanks”

“I don't think I have ever encountered a more efficient online ordering set-up than Escape Watersports; my goods were despatched within what seemed like minutes of the order confirmation and delivered the next working day - and this was not a one-off, everytime I have bought something from them it has been the same. If only all other web businesses were as good! Incredible.”
