“Unfortunately wet suit boots filled full of water on first attempt of wearing, Emailed to say they were not suitable, was told as i had worn once,"no return ". I understand but how was i expected to find this out unless i wore them ? I do think a good will voucher would have gone a long way , ànd i would have used escape watersports again ! Unfortunately i won't be..”

“I purchased a Watershed bag, I am very pleased with the product, even luckier I have a bottle of 303 Protectant which I purchased earlier this year so I can keep the seal of the bag in tip-top condition. The bag looks great and I am looking forward to using it next sailing season. Thanks for your prompt dispatch”

“I have purchased numerous items from Escape Watersports and found them to be simply excellent. Ordering is straightforward and arranging delivery from kayaks to small accessories - to Scotland - could not be easier. Communicating with them is easy, they respond almost immediately to emails, returns are straightforward and in short, I cannot fault the company. Myself and now, several of my friends use Escape Watersports as our first port of call when looking to purchase kayaking gear.”

“I have placed two separate orders, the first required some conversation and the member of staff I spoke to by telephone was knowledgeable, very helpful and in consequence I purchased the right piece of kit. The second order was more straight forward but it arrived well packaged and promptly. Prices were competitive too! I will definitely use again and I would recommend them too. Thank you!”

“Hi we purchased 2 kayaks from Escape watersports which they had in stock unlike other suppliers & at a very good price. We ordered for click & collect but I had trouble booking time off work to enable collection but following a quick email the staff said it wouldn't be a problem & stored them for over a week until collection . On arrival to collect we were welcomed by a very friendly & helpful staff member who gave us great advise on loading & securing the kayaks on to our roof rack .absolutely brilliant customer service all round & will be sure to recommend when other family members purchase their water sport equipment.”

“Customer service was excellent and products are lovely (had to return one but that was for sizing issues on my end). However the delivery was over a week late and the package arrived in absolutely aweful condition. Suprisingly the items inside survived the journey and were undamaged so cannot blame anyone but the delivery service.”

“Ordered a Crewsaver Atacama wetsuit, unfortunately the neck seal made me feel like a cartoon character with eyes popping oot and not for a good reason! Service was fantastic, one day delivery, I returned it (you have to pay for return), it was returned in one day and I got my refund the next day. Excellent service as always, I've bought before and I'll buy again!”
