“Brilliant service as ever, you are kept up to date on your order right from the start all the way through to delivery. I really like this especially when it’s something you are really looking forward to receiving. I have used this company lots for kayaking equipment to body boards. The equipment they stock is really high quality, so even if it’s an activity you are new to, you can trust they have done the research for you and you will be getting a quality product. “Can’t praise the customer service enough. Bought birthday gift for my husband and wanted it to arrive at the holiday cottage where we were staying. It didn’t arrive for one reason or another ( DHL problem not Escape Watersports) but Becs from sales re routed the gift to home address and it arrived within a couple of days. Super efficient and these days, unusual ! Great service, thank you 😊 Ps Red waterproof cool bag for SUP fabulous quality, highly recommend. Also great prices.. I always check against Amazon for any purchase and if within few pounds, will go for an independent retailer every time.. well done 👍”
