“Disappointing Teva sandals. The size 8 was more a size 7, so too small. I’m disappointed that I should have to pay to return this item when sizing is an issue. Tracking the return wasn’t available. The refund is still outstanding, although I’ve received an email saying the item has been refunded. A 7-10 day refund delay is excessive when payment was taken immediately I placed the order. Disappointed.”

“I ordered a pair of Teva hiking sandals only a few days before I was going away. They arrived within a couple of days so in time for my trip. I've been wearing them for a week now and they're comfortable and practical. And Escape had them on special offer at a very good price. I'm very pleased with their service and would recommend them.”

“I bought a pair of Teva sandals from Escape Watersports. I received emails informing me that they had the order and another telling me it had been dispatched with an invoice attached. There was a tracker once the package was received by the post office which is helpful. The sandals arrived and are exactly as I expected and for a reasonable price. No problems with Escape Watersports. Great!”

“The whole process from initial order to delivery was excellent, I messed up the delivery address wrong postcode, oops my fault , it extended delivery time.I phoned escape watersports, and spoke to a young lady to explain problem ,evidently it was no problem it had already been dispatched, however if it was returned to them she would simply change address, very helpful and pleasant,it was delivered a bit late but that was my fault.”
