“Recently purchased a Kokopelli Recon Spraydeck Packraft with a Palm Conniston N5 spraydeck which appears to be the perfect companion for this wee boat. The assistance, advice and support was second to none. I must have been a pain in the backside with all my questions prior to buying. Bekki I think it was always responded promptly with good advice. I received help and support throughout the process of the purchase. The price I got was the most competitive with a further discount of 5% using the shop voucher code. In summary; a fantastic product, excellent customer service, great help, and support from friendly knowledgeable staff. Delivered quickly without issue. I would readily recommend Escape Watersports with confidence. Grateful for all their help, thank you.”
