“Cheapest I could find the item I wanted. Website well laid out and no issues placing my order. Got sent the tracking info a few hours after placing the order, which is mad as I ordered at like, midnight. Delivery was bloody fast which was mega, as I needed the PFD for an upcoming day out. 10/10 for Escape, absolutely will shop here again 😊”

“Finding the product I wanted was easy (Palm Hydro PFD). The information online was excellent and the payment system was straight forward. Delivery was quick and the parcel was well wrapped. Excellent alround experience.”

“Excellent quality hat, swiftly sent out and well packed. Unfortunately there was just too much brim for my small head and short neck. I returned the hat and the money was refunded promptly”

“Very fast despatch and safe packing of the items I ordered. All arrived fine. I had to return one item due to different sizing, but the return process was very easy (download a pre-paid return label, and drop the return back at the Post Office), and the money was promptly refunded. In the meantime, I ordered the next size up as a replacement, which again arrived very quickly, and fits fine. In summary, excellent service from all at Escape Watersports, I will happily order more gear.”
